We bought the Skydance 3×4 with screens on all 4 sides and were given free heater as part of an ongoing deal. It took 3 months to be delivered but we were not in a hurry. The ordering process was smooth and Tarek was very helpful. The quality of produxt is top notch, however assembly insructions especially for accessories such as screens and heaters can be made more user friendly. They have an app but it is diffcult to manouvre. The customer service were more sales oriented, however the local UK team was able to help me when i got stuck with an issue wrt transmitter
Ordered direct and was not sure what it would be like - should not of worried good quality finish and sturdy! Opted for the side blinds which I would recommend. Also use the recommended installation team ….. would have struggled. A couple of grommets missing but I have been told when they are in stock they will send.
Easy to order we ordered the main unit and one side screen last year and additional screens and heater (which gives off loads of heat) this year delivered when it said well packaged good communication had an issue with the motor to operate the roof and after chatting online and a call from the team quickly rectified with a new unit and arrived the next day would order again
