Please note that the delivery date of your order is based on the product with the longest delivery time. To reduce transport routes and CO₂ emissions, we only ship the order once all products are in stock. Exceptions include LEDs and heat lamps. The availability of each product can be found on their respective product pages.
Current delivery dates are displayed directly on the product page near the price when selecting different variants. At the moment, some variants are in stock, while others are still on their way to us.
We kindly ask our customers to be present during delivery and assist with unloading.
If you wish to store the PERGOLUX pergola before assembly, all packages can be stacked on top of each other to save space.

If lorries or larger vehicles cannot access your location, please inform our logistics partner during the scheduling process to arrange alternatives.
Who are our logistics partners ?
AIT is our main partner for deliveries, ATA handles our Glass Walls, and FedEx is used for smaller items.
3. Our logistics partner delivers your order on the agreed date
Our pergolas are delivered curb side by a two-person team. It is essential that you—or someone capable—is available on the day of delivery to assist with unloading. The products arrive in multiple packages, each designed to be lifted by two people. Please note: for 4x6 m models, some packages may weigh up to 100 kg.
If you require the items to be carried to a specific location on your property, this can be arranged for an additional fee of £250, which can be selected at checkout. Please ensure the access route is clear, level, and safe for our delivery team to carry the packages.

We love our 5m x4m Pergolux pergola. Our outdoor area has been greatly enhanced by its addition. My husband and friend set up the frame and I helped installing the louvres. We’re all in our seventies and found the instructions easy to follow. My husband did print off the instructions and they were followed to the ‘T’. It’s been very wet in Perth and windy in Perth these past few weeks and our outdoor setting has stayed dry. We don’t have to worry about the umbrella being blown away anymore.
So good with spreading heat. Covers the entire area! Allows you do things like this in the cold!
We love it so far. Need to finish off securing it to our patio and we're planning to add screens to finish it off. It's already transformed our outdoor space and we're using it all the time now.
Assembly took a day and a half, maybe could have been a day if we hadn't picked a particularly wet day to do it. You do need to be pretty handy to do it, so installation team might be useful if you're not.

We received first class service from William & the team at Pergolux. A team of installers came on a weekend to instal our 3 pergolas for our soon to be opened hotel. The pergolas are great value for money & complement our refurbished property beautifully. We couldn't recommend Pergolux more highly.
Was looking for a good quality Pergola that would withstand strong winds as I have lost 2 due to weather conditions here in Ireland. Haven’t put up a review before as I was waiting to test it properly. Ordering, advice and delivery were excellent and we put up the Pergola ourselves, we followed the online video and once we got a feel for it the installation was easy for anyone who is good with that sort of thing.
The Pergola is beautiful and has transformed the garden, especially in the evenings and hot days where the shade is very welcome.
So last weekend we had a stormy night where I lost several plants due to high wind but it did not affect the pergola at all.
I’m absolutely delighted with my Pergolux with the wet summers becoming the norm now it’s just fabulous being able to enjoy the garden no matter what the weather. The lights and heater really finish it off. Excellent quality first class product.
